Yes! You read it right. After sailing over the Indian Telecom giants like Airtel, Vodafone and Idea with the free Jio internet plus calling for more than 6 months, Reliance is now setting up to blow the DTH and Broadband services as well !
Not to mention that it forced them to also come up with attractive upgrade plans to keep the traffic going, bringing down all-round plans to the under 400 bar line! Snap-snap.. No overcharging anymore! 

It’s like, Jio leaves a storm behind wherever it passes through.

And as is Jio’s custom.. It always offers the best technology in the least possible price and begins with absolutely free services! Even making world records by its services. The DTH plans start from Rs.250-300 monthly, while the DTH setup is going to cost around Rs.1800.

Jio DTH is going to be a blowup to other DTH services because of the divergent and superior technology that Reliance is employing! It is going to be connected to Jio Broadband and will provide atleast 50 Mbps download speed. You will be able to stream channels directly onto your TV from your Android Setup box or Apple Setup box. That’s the biggest highlight after it’s surpassing speed and coverage. Welcome to IoT (Internet of Things).
Jio offers 300+ channels and 50+ HD channels on the go. And it also plans to bring to India the channels broadcasting the most viewed TV series like Game of Thrones, Friends, etc.
                            
The Jio Giga-fibre based broadband is already on the go and testing its coverage and speed in various areas of Mumbai and Pune. Plans will soon be disclosed about its country-wide expansion.
Jio plans to provide 90 days complimentary services as the launch offer of High Speed Broadband services. And the paid commercial plans range from Rs. 500-5500. It’s special base plan of Rs.500 is going to offer 600GB data, 15 Mbps speed and 30 days validity.
The optical fibre cables are already on the run and while India is still miles behind other developed countries of the world in terms of internet speed, ranking 105th in the global rankings but Reliance Jio is working hard to bridge the gap. As the results are already fruitful, and India’s average download speeds have scaled up from 3.5 Mbps to 4.1 Mbps according to Akamai’s state of the internet Report.
